Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation Confirmation
The reservation is considered confirmed only upon completion of the booking process and, in the case of the tasting menu, after payment has been successfully made. The customer will receive a confirmation via email or automated message.
2. Cancellations and Refunds- Reservations with a tasting menu may be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time, with entitlement to a refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made after this deadline or failure to attend (no-show) will not be eligible for any refund.
- Reservations à la carte must be cancelled with reasonable notice; in case of no-show, the restaurant reserves the right to restrict future reservations.
- Any request for changes (time, number of guests, menu type) must be communicated in advance and is subject to availability. Switching from a tasting menu to à la carte, or vice versa, may result in new conditions being applied.
Any special requests or notifications regarding allergies and intolerances must be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Personal DataThe personal data provided will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR) and used exclusively for the management of the reservation.
5. Changes to the Terms and ConditionsThe restaurant reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available within the reservation widget.
